Cancellation Policy: The Perch Patrol Guide Service does not take deposits on daily rate trips, however we do require a valid Credit Card number at the time of reservations. We will not charge the card until the end of the fishing day. Please make arrangements to settle up your bill with your fishing guide. You can divide the amount owed amongst your party or your group will have the option to pay by cash, check, or credit card. If your group is a no show, we will charge the CC on file for the full amount for the dates reserved.

We do hold you responsible for the number of people in your party that you made reservations for. In good faith we reserved the number of spots for your group size will have most likely turned away other reservations to do so. In other worlds, if you reserved two days for a group of 6 and only 4 show up to fish, we expect to be paid for 6 people for 2 days. We do understand that things happen and if your group size does change, please call us in advance and we will do our best to fill these vacated spots. If we cannot fill them by the date of your reservation, we have no choice but to charge your group for them. The more advance notice we are given the more likely we will be able to fill these spots.
