ABOUT OUR PACKAGES
All of our packages through Woodland Resort and the Sleep Inn & Suites include lodging, meals, and are fully guided by the Perch Patrol. Gear includes species specific rods, heated Jason Mitchell Thermal X ice house, Vexilar FLX-28, and transportation.
We do require a group size minimum of 2 people. When planning your trip PLEASE try to plan for an even number of people in your fishing party. Odd numbered group sizes are subject to the possibility of fishing with another odd number group size to make things work. We use 2 person portable shelters, so each guide can accommodate groups of 4 people. Odd group size numbers do present a challenge for us.

GUIDE ONLY TRIPS
The Perch Patrol Guide Service does offer a daily rate for the fishermen who just want to fish one day or multiple days and arrange their own meals and lodging. The Perch Patrol will still supply all the equipment bait and gear. There is no discount if you bring your own gear and if you would like to bring 1 favorite rod per person, or some tackle you are welcome to do so.

Payment Info:
We will settle up with your party at the end of your trip or at the end of your day fishing with us. We accept cash, check, or credit card.*
*Please Note: If you are paying with credit card, a 4% credit card processing fee will be added to your bill.
Cancellation Policy:
The Perch Patrol Guide Service does not take deposits on daily rate trips, however we do require a valid Credit Card number at the time of reservations. We will not charge the card until the end of the fishing day. Please make arrangements to settle up your bill with your fishing guide. You can divide the amount owed amongst your party or your group will have the option to pay by cash, check, or credit card. If your group is a no show, we will charge the CC on file for the full amount for the dates reserved.
We do hold you responsible for the number of people in your party that you made reservations for. In good faith we reserved the number of spots for your group size and will have most likely turned away other reservations to do so. In other words, if you reserved two days for a group of 6 and only 4 show up to fish, we expect to be paid for 6 people for 2 days. We do understand that things happen and if your group size does change, please call us in advance and we will do our best to fill these vacated spots. If we cannot fill them by the date of your reservation, we have no choice but to charge your group for them. The more advanced notice we are given the more likely we will be able to fill these spots.
